This agency provides family counseling, marriage counseling, adoption consultation, youth education, foster and adoption licensing, home studies, parenting classes, crisis intervention for teens, relative foster care and an employee assistance program. Fees are based on a sliding scale. Appointments are required.

The Farm Resource Center is an independent, not-for-profit statewide program that helps farming and mining families under stress by providing outreach counselors in their homes.

Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois is a statewide social service agency. The Quincy service site provides counseling to individuals, couples and families who are experiencing various concerns in their lives. Workshops on a variety of topics designed to foster family life enrichment are also available. Costs of services are covered by insurance payments and/or client fees. Client fees are based on an individual's or family's ability to pay.

This is a social service agency licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Persons of any faith in the counties of Adams, Brown and Pike are welcome. It provides professional, confidential and compassionate services to families. Counseling, teen/crisis pregnancy services, foster care and adoption services are available. Information and referrals are also provided.

Transitions of Western Illinois is an outpatient community mental health center service primarily serving Adams County. It provides counseling, care, treatment and rehabilitation services to the chronically mentally ill and the developmentally and physically handicapped. Fees are negotiable.
