The Quincy Branch services a five county
area: Adams, Brown, Hancock, Pike & Schuyler Counties.
There are over 3,500 individuals with Alzheimer's disease
in our area. The agency offers free programs, education and
services for caregivers and families, as well as training
for healthcare professionals. We offer a 24-Hour Hotline,
Care Consultations, Safe Return ID Bracelet Program, Family
Caregiver Information, Support Groups, Library, Advocacy and
Speaker's Bureau. |

This agency provides health information
plus a wide range of safety and first aid courses to make
Americans more independent and to help reduce their soaring
expenses from accidents and illness. As the world's largest
voluntary blood service, it provides direct health care through
hospitals and physicians in the form of blood and blood related
services. The ARC is a humanitarian organization led by volunteers
providing relief to victims of disaster and helping people
prepare for disaster emergencies. |

Blessing Home Care provides a full range
of services. The staff includes experienced registered nurses
and LPN's, physical, occupational, and speech therapists,
home health aides and medical social worker. Services are
available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with flexible
schedules designed to meet the individual needs of patients
and their families. |

This organization provides services for
the terminally ill and their families. A team approach is
used offering nursing services, pain management and symptom
control, emotional and spiritual support, family teaching,
bereavement services and a 24 hour access to Hospice nursing
assistance. A patient must be referred by a physician and
have a care-giver to be eligible.

Greene, Hancock, Henderson, Jersey, Pike; In Missouri - Clark,
Lewis, Marion, Monroe (portion), Pike, Ralls. |
