The Center for Effective Nonprofits was launched in 2005 to promote excellence within nonprofit organizations in west central Illinois and northeast Missouri. 

CEN was created to provide services to nonprofits enabling them to operate more effectively.  Those who will benefit from our services include executive directors, staff, volunteers and board members of nonprofit organizations.
